Business Loan Application Instructions
Thank you for choosing Indiana Members Credit Union for your financing needs. We consider it a privilege to assist you and believe you will be pleased with our services.
We are providing you with a Business Loan Application. Listed below are step-by-step instructions to complete the application. Please attach additional sheets if necessary. Along with your completed application, it would help simplify and expedite the completion and processing of your application if you would provide the following:
- A current personal financial statement for EACH Borrower/Guarantor (Form Attached)
- Two years of personal tax returns for EACH Borrower/Guarantor (ALL schedules and W-2 copies)
- A copy of all K-1's
- Three years of complete business tax returns & financial statements.
- A year-to-date business financial statement if the last year end is more than 90 days from application
- Income and expense projections for at least one year may be required depending on request.
